At Free State Kitchen, we want to deliver a seamless experience to every customer, no matter what allergies or dietary requirements they have.
All of our beef burger patties and Hot Dogs are gluten free. Our chips are allergen free and only fried in vegetable oil, with no cross contamination.
Our gluten free burger buns are also dairy and allergen free. We can offer vegan cheese and vegan, gluten free mayonnaise can be used to substitute our normal mayonnaise which contains traces of wheat.
The menu has a variety of gluten free items and most dishes can be modified on request.

From 17th May, you can choose to sit outside or inside when you book. Please note, we may not be able to change your table on the day.

- We respectfully ask that you allow us a minimum of 1 hours’ notice for tables up to 6 people and 2 hours’ notice for tables over 6 people if you wish to cancel your booking.
Either via your confirmation email or by calling 01517085005. Please do not use our Social Media sites or email direct as these are not always monitored during service.
If the table is cancelled with less notice than required, No Show or Late Cancellation tables will be charged a fee of £5 per person ( based on the number of people booked). This will be charged to the card used to secure your booking.
We have taken this measure to secure genuine bookings as we cannot afford to lose business during these uncertain times. A No Show / Late Cancellation means we have lost the chance to seat other diners and affects stock and staffing management.

A note on Sustainability;
Here at FSK, we strive to create and maintain a sustainable business as many ways as possible.
Our core suppliers have been sourced based on their ethics, quality of produce, locality and sustainability.
Locally baked bread, locally farmed potatoes and veg, ice cream from Cheshire cows, local free range eggs and always high quality meats from the British Isles farms that ethically raise and rear animals to the highest standards.
We use home grown produce from the FSK garden throughout the year and save coffee grinds to fertilise our soil. We have increased our plant based offering and ensure the bulk of our menu is made in house wherever possible.
We encourage diners to take left overs home and work hard to keep our food waste to a minimum.
All our disposables are now 100% compostable and recyclable and we encourage customers to bring their own containers for take away food. We recycle all waste including glass plus our used cooking oil and food waste are converted into green energy such as biodiesel.
Sustainability is a day to day process and as such, we are always working and exploring ways to meet our goals.
